1. How long does it take to receive my order?

All our jewelry is made to order. Please allow:

  • 1–2 business days for production

  • 3–4 business days for delivery in the Middle East (including Dubai, UAE, KSA, etc.)

  • 7–14 business days for international shipping

2. Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to all countries in the Middle East, including Dubai, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, and Lebanon, as well as select international destinations.

3. Can I see a preview before you make the jewelry?

Yes! For certain products, we offer a design preview upon request. You can mention this in the order notes or contact us right after ordering.

4. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Since our products are personalized, we only accept changes within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, the production process may have already begun.

5. Do you accept returns or refunds?

As our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds unless:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • We made an error in customization (wrong name, date, etc.)

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item if there's an issue.

6. What materials do you use?

We use high-quality stainless steel, sterling silver, and gold plating to ensure long-lasting shine and durability. Material info is available on each product page.

7. How do I care for my customized jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking its best:

  • Avoid direct contact with water, perfume, and chemicals

  • Store in a dry, cool place

  • Use a soft cloth to clean gently

8. Can I order in bulk or for special occasions (like weddings)?

Yes! We accept bulk and custom group orders for weddings, events, or businesses. Contact us for a special quote.

9. How will I receive my tracking number?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your package.
